My wife and I have dealt with Jeff and Rhonda for years now and they have been both professional and knowledgeable. I did not buy my PWC or my speedboat from them and yet they service them as if I was their best customer. My parents use them as well and feel the same way. I recommend this business based upon my experiences over at least 5 years now.
I would stay away.
The guy is unstable. I brought him my PWC when it broke down. After he was rude to me on the phone I decided to bring it elsewhere.
When I went to pick it up, I told an employee why I was leaving. Apparently Jeff heard I had said something to his employee, because he came storming out of the building, screaming and cussing at me. He got in my face, and there is no doubt he wanted to fight me.
I have never been assaulted like that by a business owner before. It was unprovoked, and way over the line.
F RATING!!Do not buy ANYTHING from this insane man! I phoned Jeff and then mistakenly phoned him a second time. After I apologized for my mistake he said, “I refrained from using the F word the 1st time you called but now….What the f*** are you doing!!!! You STUPID F***ING B***H!” I have the entire conversation recorded if anyone wants verification of this. This man has some serious anger issues and I wouldn’t be surprised if he went out of business by the end of the year.
After reading your review I still decided to give this guy a call thinking maybe he was having a hard day when you dealt with him. Well I called to ask him about getting a shiftier cable replaced on our used boat. I told him I was trying to get estimates on what something like this would run us.HIS RESPONSE to me was look lady do you have a credit card I can run for my time? I can't believe someone that speaks to potential customers in this manner could stay in business. This man was extremely rude and irate. I know I will be spending my money elsewhere than to be treated in this manner.
